Planning is key to the kingdom

Disneyland Paris is fun and exciting, and because of that your day can whizz by in a flash.  Before you know it, it’s the end of the day and you’ve not been on half the rides you wanted to go on. So, plan upfront when you want to ride on:
  • Disneyland Railroad
  • Autopia
  • The Twightlight Zone Tower of Terror
  • and many more
By having a plan of action, you’ll save time talking about what you’re going on, when you should be making a beeline for them instead!

And don't forget the parades! Make sure you factor in plenty of time to get to your spot nice and early for the best views of the iconic Disney parades.

Swiping and tapping - Download the Disneyland Paris app

We think that the Disneyland Paris app is invaluable! Not only can you browse the attractions and boutiques at Disneyland Paris on the coach as you make your way to the theme park, the app provides you with lots of important info. Things like a list of all the rides that are open, gives you a map of the park, gives you inside queing info, and lets you book a table in the restaurants too. Pre-ordering food is available via the app as well, and more.

While we’re on the subject of food, you can bring a packed lunch along if you’re prefer to spend all your time at the attractions, rides and shops! But you won’t be disappointed if you do want to eat in the restaurant!

Bonus Disney Time

After the parks have closed, you can still enjoy the magical Disneyland Paris atmosphere by jumping on the free shuttle bus and heading to the Disney Village. Here you can enjoy tea, and indulge in a bit of shopping, and if you arrive at Disneyland Paris when the parks are closed, but the Village is open – this gives you a little bit of bonus Disney time. How good is that?

Photos make a lifetime of memories...

We humans carry a camera of somesort around with us every single day. But sometimes, when you're having fun, you forget to take a snap or you leave your phone in your pocket to make sure you don't spoil a special moment.  Well, the Disneyland Paris Photo Pass gives you access to high-resolution digital image files of any photos taken by a Disney PhotoPass photographer or on an attraction with an image capture system.  There are Magic Shot opportunities around the park too, giving you the chance to be part of some creative content with some of your favourite Disney characters!

Can I visit both parks in one day?

You can! If you're there for a short break, Walt Disney Studios Park and Disneyland Park are right next to each other and just a few minutes apart.  Both have their own entrances.  Disneyland Park is the larger and more traditional of the two parks, it closes later, and has more to see and do. So, if you’re going to do both in one day, we’d say do Disneyland Park second.

Step in to Disney

Packing the essentials is....essential! One of the things to make sure you put in your suitcase is a pair of comfortable walking shoes.  People do a serious amount of walking around Disneyland Paris because there’s just so much to do.  You could easily find yourself clocking up 20,000 steps or more without realising it!  Protecting your feet from any aches and pains is an absolute must!

How much fun can I have on a break at Disneyland Paris?

The amount of fun you can have at Disneyland Paris is ENDLESS!  The only thing you won't be able to do is forget about the magic and the wonder you've enjoyed.  Just pick the right break, plan your visit, and have a smile on your face the entire time!
