The Day We Welcomed Our One-Millionth Customer

Wow! We’ve done it! We’ve hit the one million customer mark, and we’re over the moon!

In the last few weeks we launched a competition to find our one-millionth customer, and as more and more of our loyal travellers booked more holidays, we edged ever closer to that magic milestone.

And that lucky one-millionth customer was Pam Renwick from Middlesbrough. Pam walked into our Middlesbrough travel centre with her friend and their husbands at just the right time, and by booking one of our Turkey and Tinsel breaks to Torquay, became the lucky customer who wins a £500 Caledonian Travel voucher.

Here’s the moment Pam found out she was our 1 millionth customer…

“It feels amazing”

Pam said: “It feels amazing, unbelievable actually! We didn’t think it’d be us. We’ve booked a few holidays with Caledonian Travel before, we’ve done Blackpool, Torquay, Liverpool…we like Torquay, and that’s where we might spend our one millionth customer voucher!”

She’s a seasoned Caledonian Travel UK holidaymaker, who’s also enjoyed breaks to Newquay, Scotland, Wales and The Cotswolds, to name but a few.
